June 13, 2025: Cartethyia makes her debut in version 2.4, and Lupa will be here in Phase 2! We've updated the entire page to reflect these changes, and have also included some reliable leaks on who the four-star characters on Lupa's banner might be.
As with every gacha out there, the banners (or Convenes) in Wuthering Waves are constantly changing, so it's a good idea to keep track of what the current banners and next banners are. Wuthering Waves is a little more confusing than other popular gachas when it comes to currency conversions, thanks to its two additional weapon pull types. Because sure, what's one more currency when you already have a hundred on the go!
The short version: don't convert your Astrite when you get it. Instead, wait until you're certain what character or weapon you want, then check what type of Tide you need to convert your Astrite into to get them. Most importantly, that shiny new characters always require Radiant Tides to pull, with their weapon banners taking Forging Tides instead.
As Wuthering Waves is a little inconsistent with its banner schedule, this page can help you keep on track of who's coming next, so you can start the grind to build a potential new favourite as soon as possible.
Next banners in Wuthering Waves
Lupa is on the next banner in Wuthering Waves, making her debut during Phase 2 of version 2.4. This was confirmed in the 2.4 livestream, but we knew she was coming before this because of Lupa's drip marketing shared on Wuthering Waves' official social media channels—an ever-reliable way to peek at who's coming next.
Lupa is a new five-star Fusion broadblade- debuting on her Roar of Triumph Banner in Phase 2. This is all of the official information available about her right now, but thankfully, we can always turn to leakers for more banner information. Truly the heroes our Astrite savings deserve.
As relayed on the WutheringWavesLeaks subreddit, reliable leaker Seele Leaks didn't mention rerun characters, which most likely means there won't be any in Phase 2 of version 2.4.
According to Seele Leaks, the four-star characters on Lupa's banner will be:
- Chixia (Fusion, pistols-)
- Sanhua (Glacio, sword-)
- Youhu (Glacio, gauntlets-)
It's likely that Lumi (Electro, broadblade-) will replace Youhu here though, as Youhu is currently running in Phase 1.
As always, it's best not to get your hopes up and start the pre-farming grind based on leaked information alone. This may be sourced from a reliable leaker, but anything could change between now and Phase 2.
Current banners in Wuthering Waves
Cartethyia is on the current banners in Wuthering Waves, with Cartethyia a new five-star Aero sword- debuting on her Dance in the Storm's Wake Banner. Her banner ends on Thursday, July 3.
The four-star characters on Cartethyia's banner are:
- Baizhi (Glacio, rectifier-)
- Youhu (Glacio, gauntlets-)
- Aalto (Aero, pistols-)
Technically, we're getting two characters for one with Cartethyia, right? Thank you lore for justifying my Astrite spending. (Gacha math is dangerous.)
Next weapon banner in Wuthering Waves
As Lupa is debuting in Phase 2 of version 2.4, she's getting new signature weapon to run alongside her in the next weapon banner (Absolute Pulsation).
So the next weapon banner in Wuthering Waves will feature the Wildfire Mark broadblade.
Current weapon banner in Wuthering Waves
The current Wuthering Waves weapon banner runs until Thursday, July 3. The five-star weapon on this banner is the Defier's Thorn sword, Cartethyia's signature weapon.
All of the four-star boosted weapons on the current weapon banner are:
- Endless Collapse sword
- Marcato gauntlets
- Amity Accord gauntlets
Unfortunately, I can't gacha math my way into justifying pulling for Cartethyia's weapon too.
